Easy Vegan Flan Recipe

Vegan flan recipe — what do you need?

Here are the ingredients needed for this recipe:

  • Raw cashews – You can find raw cashews at health food stores or online.
  • Plant-Based Milk – Use your favorite plant-based milk, such as soy, almond, or cashew milk. Use vegan eggnog to make it a seasonal holiday pie.
  • Coconut Sugar – Use coconut sugar or replace brown sugar.
  • Agar tablets – You can find agar tablets at health food stores or online.
  • Nutritional Yeast Chips – We’ll add a little flavor with these yeast chips.
  • Nutmeg Powder
  • Rum

How to Make Vegan Fran

  • Place soaked cashews in a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse for a few seconds. Add the plant-based milk and whisk until smooth.
  • Add brown sugar, agar flakes, nutritional yeast flakes, and nutmeg. Pulse for a second or two to combine.
